What ingredients do you use in your cupcakes? I believe in baking with products that are as close to their natural state as possible. Therefore, we use Bob's Red Mill unbleached white wheat pastry flour, organic evaporated cane juice, non-aluminum baking powder, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, Nielsen-Massey's pure extracts, Callebaut's Cacao Barry cocoas, Guittard's chocolates, Plush Puff's natural marshmallows, raw nuts, India Tree's natural sprinkles and colors, RBST-free dairy from our local dairy and many other wonderful products.
